Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients
1 Pack of pure creamed coconut*
1 Cup natural peanut butter
1/4 Cup pure maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt

* You can find pure coconut cream at most grocery stores. Here are a few brands I've used, average cost is about 1.70$
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until it's completely combined.
2. Roll into balls and place on a parchment paper.
3. Refrigerate for a few hours, until they are firm.
4. Enjoy!
