The lymphatic system, which is like your sewer system, depends on physical activity to circulate, collect and eliminate toxins.
Any form of exercise will stimulate the lymph. However, weight bearing exercises such as, weight training, yoga and body weight training
are more effective at removing toxins. Exercising also eliminate toxins through
the skin pores as we sweat, and through the lunges as we breath deeper.
