you are clean and alkaline, step 1 focuses on getting you on the right food.
 
STEP 2
GET YOU MOVING
The lymphatic system, which is like your sewer system depends on physical activity to circulate, collect and eliminate toxins.
Any form of exercise will stimulate the lymph, but weight bearing exercise, such as weight training and body weight exercises,
go deeper into massaging, which removes toxins more efficiently. By exercising we can also eliminate acids and toxins through
the skin pores as we sweat, and the lunges as we breath deeply.

STEP 3

GET YOU BREATHING & THINKING RIGHT

Yoga works with the nervous system to release holding patters in the body, which may cause aches and pains.

As the body releases, it realigns itself; where you are tight you will open, where you are weak you will strengthen

and you will become more balanced and therefore a better vessel for breath.

Yoga teaches you how to breath properly, which removes toxins.

More breath connects you to your soul, your truth and you begin to

become aware of your thoughts. This new awareness will allow you to consciously change your thoughts and create your reality.
