The lymphatic system, (AKA your sewer system), depends on physical activity to circulate, collect, and eliminate toxins. Any form of exercise will stimulate the lymph; however, weight bearing exercises such as weight training and yoga are more effective. Ultimately, stimulating the lymph aids the body in reversing your symptoms.
Exercising also eliminates toxins through our pores as we sweat, and through the lungs as we breathe more deeply.

Yoga works with the nervous system to release holding patterns in the body which may be causing aches and pains. As the body releases, it realigns itself-where you are tight, you will open; where you are weak, you will strengthen.
You will become more balanced and, therefore, a better vessel for breath.
Yoga teaches you how to breathe properly to remove toxins. Also, more breath connects you to your soul, your truth, and you begin to become aware of your thoughts. This new awareness will allow you to consciously change your thoughts and create the reality you desire.
